Everyone got dirty, scratched, thirsty, hungry and some even a little bloody.  Even with that said, this was a very successful
and valuable Epic Day Of Service for 2025.  On Saturday, May 17th, the Cherry Creek Valley Rotary Club Of Parker
spent the morning and afternoon working on the grounds/landscaping of the Parker Senior Center.  Everything from raking,
bagging, tree/shrub/bush trimming, weed pulling (noxious and otherwise), power-washing and downspout cleaning was
on the agenda. Several truck loads of limbs, branches and trimmings were hauled out.  When all was done,
the Senior Center had a nice cleaner look to it. A lot of Rotarians while a little sore, were feeling pretty good
after a day of hard work.  Donuts were provided by Hurts Donuts and coffee by Fika Coffee House.
After a hard day, lunch was provided to the volunteers courtesy of the Parker Senior Center.  This project spoke
to the essence of Rotary and provided a valuable and much needed service to an organization in our own
community with a long rich history.

Thanks to EVERYONE who helped out today to brighten things up for Parker's seniors.
