The Cherry Creek Valley Rotary Club is fully committed to encouraging, mentoring, and empowering our youth today. Our club believes the youth service is our commitment to the future of our community, the State of Colorado, the United States of America, and the international community. We believe youth service allows us to create a legacy by ensuring that all youth have the opportunity to lead healthy, safe, and prosperous lives. We do that by supporting these programs and projexts:

Interact clubs bring together young people to develop leadership skills and learn about the world through service projects and activities. The Cherry Creek Valley Rotary Club of Parker currently sponsors clubs at these schools:

  • Legend High School
  • Colorado Early Colleges, Parker 
  • Cimmaron Middle School

Student of the Month   [LEARN MORE]
Each Month, the Cherry Creek Valley Rotary Club honors an outstanding student from one of the sponsored schools for their school and community involvement, extra-curricular activities, academics, volunteering, and leadership skills.

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) [LEARN MORE]
RYLA, along with District 5450, produces and conducts a week-long camp at the Estes Park YMCA for outstanding high school students, designed to develop leadership qualities and good citizenship.


Young RYLA    [LEARN MORE]
An all-expenses-paid four-day camp that brings together a special group of middle school boys and girls from Northern Colorado, Wyoming, and Western Nebraska to share ideas on becoming better leaders. An action-packed program of activities that help build confidence and leadership skills (like problem-solving games, a challenge course, zip line, skits, group discussions, and team-building activities)

Scholarships
The Cherry Creek Valley Rotary Foundation and Club invests in our future leaders and philanthropists by providing funding for academic or vocational scholarships for seniors graduating from Parker-area high schools who are pursuing post-high school education.
