Parker Planning Department and What's Upcoming

Bryce Matthews graduated from Metropolitan State College with a bachelor’s degree in Land Use in 1994 and received his American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) designation in 1999.  Bryce has worked in a variety of planning positions with a number of Colorado jurisdictions including Grand County, Jefferson County and the City of Black Hawk.  After working for Black Hawk, Bryce was self-employed as a consultant helping property owners and developers through the development process and helping small jurisdictions plan for future growth.

Bryce has worked for the Town of Parker for over 16 years and is currently the Planning Manager within the Community Development Department. In his time away from work, Bryce enjoys kayaking, hiking, snowboarding and traveling with his wife Rhonda and his two daughters.
